Responsibilities include providing legal support. Volunteer – Legal Affair typically spend 2 hours per week depending on project requirements

Core Job Functions:
- Providing legal support to the Nazaha Party of Lebanon team on Lebanon’s constitution and other Lebanese law matters
- Support the Marketing group, including intellectual property and branding issues, content review, contests, and new initiatives.
- Respond to legal questions from branches, referencing Nazaha’s policy when applicable, and assist centralized groups where applicable.
- Assist in providing legal advice, contract review, and drafting regarding the registration of the Nazaha Party Of Lebanon.
- Drafting, negotiating, and review of commercial contracts.
- Other duties as defined by the Nazaha team.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Arabic
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB.) degree.
- Must be licensed to practice law.
- Computer skills in MS Office
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to follow up on tasks.
- Highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- 2 years of litigation or similar experience in a law firm or corporate setting preferably in the areas of a non-profit organization.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with federal and provincial corporate laws preferred.
- Must be able to recognize problems and propose creative and practical solutions.
